Efficient staff communication
Despite there was a typhoon near Ishigaki, company was efficiently update customers about the ferry schedule and allowing us to decide if we wish to continue the journey. Package was definitely worth it with flexible return ferry schedule. Whole island was so beautiful that I wish I can spend more time to explore. Definitely come back again!

効率よく旅を楽しめました！
予約時間より早く着いて、どうやって時間を潰そうかなと思っていたら、すぐに出航する便を案内してくれました。グラスボートにスムーズに乗ることが出来てボートを運転しながら案内ガイドをしてくれたお兄さんも亀や魚の群れがいるスポットに連れて行ってくれてとても満足できましました。一つお願いしたいのはガイドの声のボリュームをもう少し大きくしてくれたらと思いました。モーターの音で説明が聞こえない時があったので。大満足の時間でした。ありがとうございました。

楽しみにしていた水牛乗車ですが、 担当者の説明してくれる声が小さくて、後ろの方に座った私達にはほとんど聞こえませんでした。
