Efficient staff communication
Despite there was a typhoon near Ishigaki, company was efficiently update customers about the ferry schedule and allowing us to decide if we wish to continue the journey. Package was definitely worth it with flexible return ferry schedule. Whole island was so beautiful that I wish I can spend more time to explore. Definitely come back again!

のんびり家族のペースで竹富島を満喫できます！
観光地でフェリーに乗る場合、いつも事前に運航会社の事故歴や安全装備についても確認するのですが、八重山観光フェリーさんは家族で安心して乗船できると判断し、こちらのツアーに申込ました。フェリーは大型で船内も綺麗、竹富島まで15分と短い時間でしたが快適に過ごせました。竹富港に着くと、水牛車ツアー専用の送迎車が待っており、観光センターまで連れて行ってくれます。観光センターではシステマテックにサクサクと受付、水牛車へ案内いただけます。水牛車で回る距離は短いですが、島の文化や生活のお話、歌の披露もあり、楽しめました。水牛のあとは、徒歩で3分ほどのレンタサイクル屋さんへ向かい自転車を借りてフリータイム。行きたい場所へ自由に自転車で走ります。のんびりと家族のペースで回れるので、とてもよかったです。ビーチで遊び、ソーキそばを食べ、島の猫を見て、お土産屋を散策し、疲れるはずなのに島からパワーをいただけたようです。中高生の息子達も普段乗らないサイクリングが楽しかったようです。竹富島を日帰りで楽しむお勧めツアーです。ありがとうございました。
