On the day of boarding, there is no need to visit our counter. Please proceed directly to the boarding area (Pier 3 & 4). Boarding is scheduled to begin 15 minutes before departure. If there are any changes to the boarding area, information will be provided on-site on the day of travel. In case of Uehara route cancellations, please visit the ticket counter.

Eチケットは乗る時に船員さんの前で開けて！
初めて利用したため、システムがよく分からず、Eチケットを船乗船直前に開いて見せる用意をしていました。開くを押すとQRコードとかが出てくるんだと思ってスムーズに乗船するための私なりの努力のつもりでした。しかし、押すと利用済みという文字が出て、乗る船のスタッフさんに、『こちらは利用すみになっていますよ〜。あちらの船員スタッフにお願いしてみてください』と言われた。直前だったので、開いた時間も1分前もしくは現在の日にち時間が書かれてるため、それを見たら不正してるか分かるのに、その言い方がすごく怪しんでる感じで不快な思いがした。 船員スタッフさんも画面を確認してくれて結局は乗せてくれたけど、絶対に押さないことをみなさんに言いたいです。もたもたするのが申し訳ない気持ちから最初から準備しようと思ったのですが、それが間違いでした。
